Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before purchasing or using any SlipSafe product. By placing an order or using our products, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. COMPANY INFORMATION
SlipSafe products are sold exclusively through www.theslipsafe.com.
2. PRODUCTS & ORDERS
- All products are sold in packs of 8 brackets.
- Orders are accepted online at www.theslipsafe.com only.
- SlipSafe reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at its discretion.
- Product availability, pricing, and specifications are subject to change without notice.
- You are responsible for selecting the correct bracket profile and pitch variant for your application. If you are unsure, contact us before purchasing.
3. PRICING & PAYMENT
- All prices are listed in US dollars.
- Payment is processed securely through our Shopify storefront.
- SlipSafe is not responsible for any fees charged by your financial institution.
4. SHIPPING
- Orders ship from Loveland, Colorado.
- SlipSafe brackets orders are typically processed within 1–2 weeks of payment confirmation.
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order size.
- Standard delivery: 3–7 business days after shipment (continental US).
- SlipSafe is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.
- Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
5. WARRANTY
SlipSafe brackets are warranted against defects and product damage on delivery only. Claims must be submitted within one (1) week of the delivery date and must include photographic evidence of the defect or damage at time of receipt. All claims are reviewed at the sole discretion of SlipSafe. Approved claims will be resolved by product replacement only. No refunds will be issued. This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, improper installation, modification, or normal wear.
6. RETURNS & REFUNDS
SlipSafe does not accept returns or issue refunds. All sales are final. Warranty claims (see Section 5) are the sole remedy for defective or damaged products received on delivery.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SLIPSAFE, ITS PATENT HOLDERS, STAFF, AND ITS MANUFACTURERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO INJURY, DEATH, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE PURCHASE OR USE OF ANY SLIPSAFE PRODUCT. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE PAID FOR THE PRODUCT IN QUESTION.
8. SAFETY DISCLAIMER
SlipSafe products have not been independently tested or certified for OSHA compliance. Users are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local safety regulations. Always use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) when working at height. This product is intended for use by trained professionals or experienced individuals only. Do NOT use on metal roofing without a solid substrate. For use with metal roofing and approved panels only. Ensure entire bracket is supported by substrate when installed, and PRIOR to use. DO NOT DRILL OR ALTER SLIPSAFE BRACKETS.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
SlipSafe brackets are covered by a United States patent. All product designs, branding, and content on www.theslipsafe.com are the exclusive property of SlipSafe. Unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.
10. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Larimer County, Colorado.
11. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
12. CHANGES TO TERMS
SlipSafe reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted at www.theslipsafe.com with a revised effective date. Continued use of our website or products after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Effective Date: March 2026
Please read this policy carefully before placing your order. By purchasing from SlipSafe, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL
SlipSafe does not accept returns. All sales are final. We encourage you to review all product information, including profile compatibility and pitch options, carefully before ordering. If you are unsure which variant is right for your roof, contact us before purchasing at slipsafecompany@gmail.com or visit our Bracket Breakdown page.
NO REFUNDS
We do not issue refunds for any reason, including but not limited to: change of mind, incorrect variant ordered, or inability to use the product. Our sole remedy for eligible claims is product replacement (see Warranty Claims below).
WARRANTY CLAIMS — DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ON DELIVERY
SlipSafe brackets are warranted against defects and product damage on delivery only.
To be eligible for a warranty replacement, ALL of the following must be met:
- Your claim must be submitted within one (1) week of the confirmed delivery date.
- You must provide clear photographic evidence of the defect or damage at the time of receipt.
- Your claim must be submitted via email to slipsafecompany@gmail.com with your order number and photos attached.

All claims are reviewed at the sole discretion of SlipSafe. We reserve the right to approve or deny any claim based on the evidence provided. Approved claims will be fulfilled by sending a replacement product. No cash or credit refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED
The following are not covered under any circumstances:
- Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or failure to follow instructions
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by improper storage or exposure to harsh environments
- Incorrect product ordered by the customer
- Claims submitted more than one (1) week after delivery
- Claims submitted without photographic evidence

SAFETY WARNINGS & DISCLAIMERS
SlipSafe — Exposed Fastener Metal Roof Scaffolding System

This product has not been certified for OSHA compliance. Users are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local safety regulations. SlipSafe is intended for use by trained professionals or experienced individuals only.
SAFETY WARNINGS
READ ALL WARNINGS BEFORE USE. FAILURE TO FOLLOW THESE WARNINGS MAY RESULT IN SERIOUS INJURY OR DEATH.
▶ FALL HAZARD
This product does not eliminate fall risk. Always use an approved personal fall arrest system (PFAS) when working at height. Never use this product as a substitute for proper fall protection.
▶ LOAD LIMITS
Use only clear scaffolding planks (Douglas Fir or equivalent grade) 2×4 lumber. Brackets load tested by Avid Product Engineering (virtual testing). Do not exceed more than 400lbs per bracket. Space brackets 3 ft apart for Pro-Panel/Classic Rib and PBR/R Panel; 4 ft apart for 5V Crimp. Do not stack materials or equipment on the platform.
▶ SUBSTRATE REQUIREMENT
Do NOT apply to metal roofing without a solid substrate beneath the panel. For use with metal roofing and approved panels only. Do not use on standing seam, tile, or panels without solid substrate. Ensure entire bracket is supported by substrate PRIOR to use.
▶ INSPECTION REQUIRED
Inspect all brackets before each use. Do not use if cracked, bent, or otherwise damaged. Replace damaged brackets immediately. Inspect roof fasteners, lumber, and panel condition before every installation.
▶ QUALIFIED USERS ONLY
This product is intended for use by trained professionals or experienced individuals familiar with working at height. Not suitable for use by untrained or unqualified persons.
▶ WEATHER CONDITIONS
Do not use in wet, icy, or windy conditions. Metal roofs become extremely slippery when wet. Always assess conditions before use. Remove brackets before severe weather events.
▶ ROOF COMPATIBILITY
Use only on approved profiles: Pro-Panel/Classic Rib, PBR/R Panel, Corrugated, and 5V Crimp. Do not use on standing seam, tile, or non-compatible roof types. Ensure the correct bracket variant is selected for your roof pitch.

▶Do not use self-tapping/self-drilling screws on wood/OSB/Plywood substrate.

▶ALL MEASUREMENTS ARE IN STANDARD.
REQUIRED PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT (PPE)
The following PPE is required during installation and use:
- Safety glasses — required at all times during installation.
- Full-body fall protection harness — ANSI Z359 compliant
- All other OSHA required PPE for your specific jobsite
- Roofing screws are required to secure brackets and 2×4 — available at local hardware retailers
INSTALLATION NOTES
- 2×4 lumber is NOT included. Use clear scaffolding planks (Douglas Fir or equivalent grade lumber) only.
- Secure the 2×4 to SlipSafe using the mounting slots at the top of each bracket.
- Screws sold separately from brackets.
- Verify zero movement at all bracket points before stepping onto the platform.
- If any bracket moves or feels unstable — DO NOT USE. Re-seat and re-fasten before use.

SlipSafe brackets are warranted against defects and product damage on delivery only. Claims must be submitted within one (1) week of delivery with photographic evidence. All claims are reviewed at the sole discretion of SlipSafe. Approved claims are fulfilled by product replacement only. No refunds will be issued.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SLIPSAFE, ITS PATENT HOLDERS, STAFF AND ITS MANUFACTURERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY, DEATH, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS ARISING FROM THE USE OR MISUSE OF THIS PRODUCT. USER ASSUMES ALL RISK OF USE. THIS PRODUCT IS SOLD AS-IS WITHOUT OSHA CERTIFICATION.
